Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information MBC Technology Group ("MBCTG", "we", "us") collects through https://mbctg.com, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have. It applies only to this website — not to information collected through other channels.

Information you give us
When you submit our contact form, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, work email, company and message. The form is operated through HubSpot, our customer relationship management (CRM) provider, which processes and stores these submissions on our behalf so we can respond to your enquiry and, where you have consented, send you relevant communications.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting platform records standard technical data — such as browser type, referring page, approximate region and the time of each request — to keep the site secure and reliable.
For audience measurement we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-first and does not use cookies or fingerprinting and does not track you across sites. It gives us aggregate metrics (page views, popular pages, referrers, performance) and never identifies you individually.
Where you have consented, we also use HubSpot's website analytics and Google Tag Manager. HubSpot uses cookies to recognise your browser across visits, record the pages you view and how you arrived at our site, and — if you later submit a form — associate that earlier activity with your contact record so our team has useful context when responding. This activity is linked to you only if you identify yourself, for example by submitting a form.
Cookies
We do not use cookies to advertise to you or to track you across unrelated websites. Some cookies are essential — for example, HubSpot may set cookies necessary to operate and secure our contact form.
Beyond those, analytics and marketing cookies load only with your consent. Our Cloudflare analytics is cookieless and always active. HubSpot's website analytics and any tags managed through Google Tag Manager are cookie-based and are not loaded until consent is granted. If you are in the EU, EEA or UK, we ask before setting them and default to denying them until you choose; elsewhere you can decline at any time using the banner. You can also control or block cookies in your browser settings — essential functionality will still work.
How we use information
- To respond to enquiries and provide the services you request.
- To send communications you have asked for or consented to (you can opt out at any time).
- To operate, secure, maintain and improve the website.
- To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations — principally HubSpot (CRM, forms and website analytics), Google (tag management) and Cloudflare (hosting, security, analytics) — and where required by law, valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property or safety of MBCTG, our users or the public.
International transfers
MBCTG operates across several countries, and our providers may process data in the United States and elsewhere. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) as required by applicable law.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the EU/UK GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. To make a request, email info@mbctg.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here — for example, to follow up on your enquiry and maintain our business relationship — and then delete or anonymise it, unless a longer period is required by law.
Security
We use commercially reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Links to other sites
Our site may link to third-party websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices; please review their policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
